Q. How soon will my embroidery order arrive?

A. Orders typically ship from our Las Vegas, NV facility within 10 business days after you approve the design. Unless specified otherwise. Remember to factor in shipping time when estimating your order delivery. Ground shipping takes 3-5 days, other shipping methods take less time, unless specified otherwise.

For all designs, you will need to approve the design before we stitch it on garments. This process usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on the method of approval. Some customer require a stitched sample, others only need to see the electronic version via e-mail. The method of approval you choose greatly affects the time it takes to complete your order.


Q. Are there any setup fees?

A. There is a one time setup fee to create your custom logo to be converted into an embroidery stitch file.


Q. How can I make sure my design will digitize and embroider well?

A. You need to provide us with the best artwork you have available. If needed, you can send other formats via e-mail or snail mail. If you have information about Pantone colors and logo sizes, be sure to include that information to us before receiving the final approval

Q. What if I don't have a design?

A. Call our Customer Service Representatives at 702-795-3688 we will help with all your design needs for screen-printing and embroidery.


Q. Do I have to supply the shirts, caps, etc. that I want embroidered?

A. No. You can order garments from our online catalog. We offer top brands like Nike, Columbia, Izod, Adidas, Gildan and more.. Remember our quantity pricing is based on the total of ALL garments in your order. For example if you buy six shirts and six hats you pay the 12 piece price not the 6 piece price. We are the only custom embroidery company with this policy.


Q. Can I supply my own shirts, caps, etc. that I want embroidered?

A. Yes. We are the screen-printer and embroiderer, we have the machines in house. We are not reselling the print or apparel.


Q. How much will it cost (Are there any hidden fees)?

A. This is probably the most popular question that we get. Many embroidery companies like to play games with the pricing by including the cost of embroidery in the garment price. If you choose a design with too many stitches in it they will tack on extra charges at the last minute. We disclose all our prices and total them up for you during the checkout process...THERE ARE NO HIDDEN CHARGES!

There are four costs that you need to be aware of when ordering custom embroidery: Setup Cost for the stitch file and includes a stitch out(starting at $55 up to $ $200 depending on the size of the embroidery and the amount of stitches.), Embroidery Cost (sometimes called stitching or application charge), Garment Cost, and Shipping Cost. Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Invoices or orders, are approved by the client and checked for any errors, our error becomes yours once the invoice are approved in writing, email, fax, or signed, in the case you would like to cancel your order there will be a 15% restocking fee and store credit only, and any charges that apply during the process of completing your order, such as shipping.

Q. I have a large order is there special pricing?

A. Prices on larger lots of apparel can vary from time to time depending on the styles, colors and sizes you choose. On larger orders even a few cents can make a big difference, so we work with the manufacturers on an individual basis to make sure you get the best possible pricing. We encourage you to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives at 702 795 3688 if you have an order of 300 pieces or more.


Q. Your quantity pricing is different than other sites, can you explain?

A. We calculate quantity price based on the total number of garments you will purchase. If you purchase 6 shirts and 6 polos you will receive the 12 piece quantity discount on both items.


Q. Do colors match between different styles (will a red colored polo match a red colored tee shirt)?

A. No. Generally speaking colors will not match 100% between different styles. Coloring of a garment may even change from batch to batch. A red shirt purchased today may not match a red shirt that you bought in the past. Most customers do not notice the slight variations in color, however if color matching is a concern we suggest buying your embroidered apparel in a single batch, and let us know so we inspect the garments prior to embroidery application.


Q. Are there any limitations on the types of graphics that can be reproduced with the embroidery process?

A. Yes. Small text, fine detail, and color gradients can be difficult to reproduce with embroidery. Additionally the level of detail that can be reproduced is affected by the type of fabric the logo is stitched on. We have produced a white paper that covers many of the issues faced when converting a graphic logo to embroidery. The white paper can be viewed here.

Where are you located?

Located in Las Vegas, NV next to the McCarren Airport , 10 minutes from the Strip. Make it easy for anyone or organization coming in for Business, or personal - Maybe a family re-union.

What is your turnaround time?

Our normal turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days. Have you procrastinated? Relax. Expedited turnaround available at a premium, Not including shipping.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. By us and by you. Because you approve each step of the process, your job is completed exactly the way you want it. If we make a mistake on any proof we'll be sure to correct it.

What are your office hours?

By Appointment. Our office is opened Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time by appointment, so that we don't have you waiting or simply call us at 702-795-3688 as 80% of our orders are all over email.

What other services do you provide?

Can I get a sample of the t-shirt before I order?

Yes, you may order a sample of a blank garment prior to placing your order. We charge $25 and you will receive a blank sample, a full color catalog of thousands of garments and a coupon for a free film/screen set-up (a $34 value!) and shipping is included! Keep in mind it is a sample of a black t shirt not a printed t shirt.

Can I see my logo embroidered on a garment before I place my order?

Yes. All regular charges for embroidery preparations, will include a sample stitch out.

Do you screen-print garments?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept personal and business checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept purchase orders from educational institutions and public agencies.

What are my shipping options?

We use UPS for ground shipments. If you have an account with Federal Express or UPS, we are happy to use any of their shipping options. For large shipments we can utilize a trucking company to save freight costs. Please inquire.

What type of designs and/or order will you refuse?

Our Policy states: We have the right to refuse any order. We will not print or embroider anything that involves what is vulgar, profane, pornographic, offensive, or anything that pertains to the previous. Thank you for understanding.
