Q. What affects the price of garments?
A. Your price is affected by: the quantity, quality, and color of garments you select; the number of ink colors used in your artwork; your turnaround time (our average is 7-10 business days) and the number of print locations on the garments.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Invoices or orders, are approved by the client and checked for any errors, our error becomes yours once the invoice are approved in writing, email, fax, or signed, in the case you would like to cancel your order there will be a 15% restocking fee and store credit only, and any charges that apply during the process of completing your order. client.
Q. Can I combine different styles of garments for my order?
A. Yes, you may combine any number of styles to get the quantity price break. For example, order 24 t-shirts, 24 tank tops and 24 sweat shirts and receive the 72 piece price for all garments, as long as all garments receive the same print. You can also mix any other color of shirt, as long as it receives the same print. The only exception is for hats. Hats must be ordered separately because they require different screens and use a a press made especially for printing on hats.
Q. Can I combine different colors of garments for my order?
A. Yes, most artwork will print well on different shirt colors. Mix colors all you want. When we review your art we'll notify you if there's a potential problem, and help you find the solution. Remember, no surprises...you always approve our work!
Q. What are your quantity price breaks for screen-printing?

Remember, to receive quantity discounts, all pieces must be imprinted with the same artwork, same size design and same color print, with the same style shirt, in most cases we can mix and match shirt styles as well.
Q. What is the largest print area?
A. We can print to a maximum of 20" wide by 20" tall on single colors at oversized pricing, or 13" wide by 16" tall up to 8 colors.
Q. How large should my logo be?
A. We recommend that you print your image onto paper in a number of different sizes. For example, print your image at 3", 5" wide for left or right chest and 11" to 13" wide for full front prints. Place the images one at a time in the location on your garment where you want it to print. Use a live body rather than laying it flat on a table, so you'll see how the shirt looks as someone wears it. Talk to the others in your group and decide on an image size.
Q. Do you match Pantone colors?
A. Yes, we will mix your Pantone color for a nominal fee of $18.
Q. Does black and white count as an ink color?
A. Yes, we count black as well as white when figuring the number of ink colors in your design. Their is also an extra color when printing on a color shirt. The extra color is used as a base. Most inks are transparent and need a white base to print a color. Ex. A red will look burgundy when printed without a white base.
Q. Can I print a color photograph?
A. Yes, but as it involves slightly more sophisticated technology, there is a different pricing structure and minimum quantity order. Do not hesitate to call if you have questions. 702 795 3688 but we do recommend that we convert your image to a grayscale. The cost to print a grayscale image is less than a full colored image.
Q. How many ink colors can you print?
A. We print up to 10 spot colors. 10 color spot on White shirts and 8 Color print on any colored shirts. All depending on the complexity of the design and fabric of shirt.
Q. Where are you located?
A. Our warehouse ships from Las Vegas, NV.
Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. Our normal turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days. Have you procrastinated? Relax. Expedited turnaround available at a premium, Not including shipping.
Q. Is your work guaranteed?
A. Yes. By us and by you. Because you approve each step of the process, your job is completed exactly the way you want it. If we make a mistake on any proof we'll be sure to correct it.
Q. What are your office hours?
A. Our office is opened Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time by appointment. So that we don't have you waiting set an appointment. or simply call us at 702-795-3688 as 80% of our orders are all over the phone or email.

Q. Can I get a sample of the t-shirt before I order?
A. Yes, you may order a sample of a blank garment prior to placing your order. We charge $25 and you will receive a blank sample, a full color catalog of thousands of garments and a coupon for a free film/screen set-up (a $34 value!) and shipping is included! Keep in mind it is a sample of a black t shirt not a printined t shirt.
Q. Can I see my logo printed on a garment before I place my order?

Q. Do you embroider garments?

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept personal and business checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept purchase orders from educational institutions and public agencies.
Q. What are my shipping options?
A. We use UPS for ground shipments. If you have an account with Federal Express or UPS, we are happy to use any of their shipping options. For large shipments we can utilize a trucking company to save freight costs. Please inquire.
Q. What type of designs and/or order will you refuse?
A. Our Policy states: We have the right to refuse any order do to the following: We will not print or embroider anything that involves what is sexual or explicit services or motives, vulgar, profane, pornographic, offensive, or anything that pertains to the previous. Thank you for understanding.
Q. How long will it take to complete my order?
A. Our usual turn-around time is 7 to 10 business days. In most cases we try to print them within 7 business days. If your order is needed earlier in most cases there is a rush charge, but we do our best to help you out with pricing.
